Before joining Guide Advisors, Cindi served as the Business Operations Manager at Smultea Environmental Sciences LLC, a scientific consulting firm specializing in offshore wind farm investigation and construction. She brought over a decade of experience in operations management and staff consulting to the role, backed by a degree in accounting.
Cindi is known for her strategic systems thinking and her ability to lead operational change while balancing practical solutions with the human side of business. Her passion lies in helping small businesses grow and thrive through thoughtful, effective management.
Outside of work, Cindi enjoys spending time with her family in the Seattle area, as well as reading, horseback riding, gardening, and participating in her local church community.
